Funnelcraft Live 2024

Tania Gerard speaks Funnelcraft Live!

On October 24th, I had the incredible opportunity to speak at Funnelcraft® LIVE 2024 in Oxford, UK, a CPD-credited training day designed for entrepreneurs and business owners eager to create high-converting, client-focused customer journeys. This event, led by the brilliant Kate Whitley—my podcast co-host on ADHD Founders Unfiltered—was a truly special experience, blending education, innovation, and inclusivity in one truly neurodivergent friendly space.

Accessible Marketing: My Focus at Funnelcraft® LIVE

In my talk, I explored the importance of accessible marketing in sales funnels. As a neurodiversity trainer and advocate, my mission is to ensure that marketing strategies and customer journeys are designed to be inclusive and accessible for everyone—regardless of their neurotype or abilities.

During my session, I covered:

  • What Accessible Marketing Looks Like: Practical steps to ensure marketing and sales funnels are inclusive, from visual design to language and user experience.

  • The Business Case for Accessibility: Why inclusive strategies aren’t just ethical but also drive conversions and create trust.

  • Real-World Examples: Sharing case studies of businesses that have embraced accessible practices and seen their customer engagement soar.

This wasn’t just about theory—it was about giving attendees actionable insights they could implement immediately to create customer journeys that resonate with diverse audiences.

A Neurodivergent-Friendly Event

One of the highlights of Funnelcraft® LIVE was how thoughtfully neurodivergent attendees were considered. From the neurodivergent-friendly gift bags, packed with goodies and resources, to the beautifully designed speaker booklets, featuring information about each session and space for notes, every detail showed how accessibility and inclusion were at the forefront of this event.

Kate Whitley and her team created an environment where everyone—whether attending in person or virtually—felt supported and welcomed. This was a perfect reflection of the event’s ethos: prioritising client success while embracing diversity and individuality.

Interactive Learning with Top Experts

Funnelcraft® LIVE was more than just a speaker event; it was an interactive, all-day workshop featuring top experts in business development. The energy in the room (and online) was electric, with attendees actively engaging in hands-on activities, asking insightful questions, and connecting over shared goals for business growth.

A Collaborative Experience

Having the chance to collaborate with Kate on an event of this scale felt like an extension of the conversations we have on our podcast, ADHD Founders Unfiltered. Together, we share a passion for creating spaces where neurodivergent entrepreneurs can thrive, and Funnelcraft® LIVE was a shining example of that vision in action.

A Hybrid Success

This year’s event successfully blended in-person and virtual elements, allowing attendees from across the globe to participate. The hybrid format ensured that geography wasn’t a barrier to learning and connection, making the event even more impactful.
