Tania Gerard is selected to become a TEDx Speaker for 25/26.

I’m absolutely thrilled to share some incredible news with you all—I’ve been selected to be a TEDx speaker at TEDxTamworth! This is a huge milestone for Tania Gerard Digital and a dream come true for me personally.

The journey to this moment has been nothing short of genuinely insane. With hundreds of applications received, the selection process was crazy. It involved multiple stages, including written submissions, video presentations, and finally, a live audition where I had the privilege of presenting my idea to the judges. Each stage was both a challenge and an opportunity to push my boundaries, refine my message, and share my passion for inclusivity - and it worked!

The topic of my TEDx talk? Accessibility—more specifically, how accessible marketing can change the world and the everyday human experience. Accessibility is at the heart of what I do, and I firmly believe that by designing marketing and communication strategies that truly include everyone, we’re not just being kind—we’re being smart.

From websites to social media campaigns, accessibility isn’t just a checkbox—it’s a bridge. It’s about making sure no one feels left out or invisible, whether they’re navigating a website, reading an email, or watching a video. My talk will dive into real-life examples of how accessible marketing has transformed businesses and lives and share actionable steps on how we can all contribute to a more inclusive world.

This journey wouldn’t have been possible without the support of my amazing community, clients, and peers. Thank you for believing in me and for championing the cause of accessibility.
