Known as a leading advocate for neurodiversity in the workplace in the local area, we were invited to join radio presenter Chance Litchfield at BBC Radio Leicester for a candid discussion on neurodiversity, my personal journey with ADHD, and the story behind Tania Gerard Digital. Neurodiversity, a concept that recognises neurological differences as natural variations of the human brain, had gained traction in recent years as companies sought to create more inclusive workplaces. Tania Gerard Digital had been at the forefront of this movement in the last 12 months, offering workshops and consultancy services designed to educate and empower businesses to embrace neurodiversity.

The journey towards advocating for neurodiversity in the workplace was deeply personal. From my own experiences living with ADHD, both as a child and an adult, I understood firsthand the challenges and misconceptions surrounding neurodivergent individuals. Through Tania Gerard Digital, I aimed to share my story and expertise to create a more understanding and supportive environment for neurodiverse employees.
