Tribera x TGD

Tania Gerard Digital delivered a neurodiversity workshop for Tribera, a creative agency based in Birmingham known for working with popular brands such as Costa Coffee, WD40 & West Midlands Trains.

The session was tailored to a group of 25 enthusiastic staff members who showed remarkable engagement throughout the day.

"Tania is patient and made a 4hr session seamlessly quick."

Tania being introduced by Fran Nolan, Founder and Managing Director of Tribera.

Workshop Design
The workshop was divided into two parts:

  1. Foundational Session: Focused on introducing key concepts of neurodiversity, including understanding neurodivergence, self-diagnosis, and available workplace support like Access to Work.

  2. Tailored Content: Designed specifically to meet Tribera’s unique needs, this segment explored actionable strategies and opportunities to create a more inclusive workplace culture.

Interactive elements, such as live polls, group activities, and open discussions, ensured the day was both educational and engaging.

"Amazing speaker who was clear, welcoming, and lovely! The graphics on the slides were a nice touch too."

The team were split into groups to discuss a scenario they had been given to then report and share with the group.

Participant Engagement
Tribera’s staff were exceptionally friendly and actively participated throughout the session. The discussions were vibrant, and the group activities sparked meaningful connections and insights.

"I liked hearing Tania speak so candidly about her own experiences."

The tailored nature of the workshop resonated deeply with attendees. As one participant noted,

"I enjoyed the relation back to Tribera for what practices we could employ."

Tania invites Tribera to ask any burning questions they have.

Survey Insights
At the conclusion of the workshop, participants completed an anonymous survey to share their thoughts with Tania. Feedback highlighted the most:

  • The interactive and approachable nature of the workshop.

  • Appreciation for a non-corporate, engaging format that felt practical and relevant.

  • The personal touch of sharing lived experiences.

  • New ideas for individual roles in the team and new hires that weren’t thought of previously

  • A new understanding of ADHD and autism and what others may be feeling in the workplace

Impact
The workshop equipped Tribera staff with a deeper understanding of neurodiversity and created important conversations within their team. The positive engagement reinforced the value of tailoring neurodiversity training to specific audiences while maintaining a warm, approachable delivery style to make sure that knowledge stays in the brain and is used accordingly.
