Real Entrepreneurs Awards

Tania Gerard Digital has been nominated for two regional awards.

I’m so proud to announce that Tania Gerard Digital has been nominated for two prestigious regional awards through the Real Entrepreneurs' Awards: Entrepreneurial Educator and Entrepreneur for Good. These nominations mean so much to me as they reflect the heart of what I do—helping others and driving meaningful change.

Entrepreneurial Educator

This nomination is especially close to my heart. It recognises the work I’ve done to educate and help others understand about neurodiversity in the workplace. Through tailored workshops and practical strategies, I’ve had the privilege of supporting professionals and businesses in creating truly inclusive environments where neurodivergent individuals can feel safe, valued and heard.

Entrepreneur for Good

This recognition highlights my mission to promote equity and accessibility in everything I do. From advocating for neurodivergent-friendly workplaces to introducing the concept of Accessible Marketing, my work has always been about creating lasting positive impacts for individuals, businesses, and communities.

Why These Nominations Matter

These awards are more than just accolades—they represent the amazing journey I’ve been on to:

  • Help businesses understand and embrace neurodiversity.

  • Provide actionable tools to foster equitable and supportive workplaces.

  • Innovate with inclusive marketing strategies that truly connect with diverse audiences.

Looking Ahead

Being nominated for these awards is such an honour and a huge motivator to keep going. It’s incredible to be recognised for doing work that I love and that I know is making a difference.

A huge thank you to the Real Entrepreneurs’ Awards for this opportunity, and congratulations to all the other nominees! I’m so inspired by the amazing work being done in our industries.

Stay tuned as I share updates leading up to the awards ceremony. Together, we can keep creating change and building a better future.
